Kheer is famous Indian dessert. It is made of rice. People usually make on special occasions. It is very easy to make comfort dessert. My mom thought this when I young.I want to share my family recipe for Kheer
Prepration Time: 30-40 Min

Ingredient:
- Ghee (or Butter)- 1 Spoon
- Milk - 4 cups
- Rice - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Saffron - Pinch
- Nuts for garnishing

Instructions:
- Boil Milk: Add milk into the hot pot and add a spoon of ghee. Keep string it slowly. Let it come to boil. Add Safron and let it simmer for 5 minutes
- Cook Rice: Wash rice with hot water. Add into boiling milk. Cook it on medium flame and keep keep stiring it slowly.
- Add Sugar: Once rice start to get soft, add sugar and mix it properly to avoid lumps.
- Add Nuts: Finely chop choice of nuts (prefered ones are: Cashew, Almonds, Raisins). Once rise start to get mash with finger, turn off the heat and add nuts. Mix it and cover it for 5 min for steam cook.
Garnish:
Finely chop the choice of nuts and add on top for little crunch.

Tip:Serve it hot in winters and serve it cool in summers
